Stage 3

Placing a hoof on Spirits face, an evil sneer came upon his face. Taking delight from others pain. Wriggling and squirming to get free from his grasp, Spirit kicked his feet and screamed for mercy. Grinning bigger now Shadow put pressure of Spirits face, starting to crush his cheeks. Howling in pain Spirit was helpless under Shadows immense bulk. Applying more and more pressure, Spirit kicked with his front feet and landed a blow on Shadows cannon bone. Rearing in pain and anger Shadow buckled and fell to the ground. Spirit with a chunk out of his back and his face half crushed started the weary walk back home, when suddenly a huge surge of pain hit him in his hind quarters. Shadow had recovered amazingly quickly and was now latched onto Spirits leg. Kicking in pain he managed to shake Shadow off and began again to run for home, where he thought he'd be safe…
